The West End Slowdown began in 2000. Since its inception, more than a quarter of a million people have attended, making this event the biggest of its kind in Australia. Each year, pop stars, TV personalities and football legends compete against one another as part of the Adelaide Crows or Port Power teams. In the past, the match has been played at Adelaide Oval but in 2007 it was moved to AAMI Stadium due to increasing spectators numbers. The day is always filled with lots of action and fun, so support us in our plight to help children with cancer and other serious illnesses, by being there for the next big clash. Keep an eye on our events calendar for the next West End Slowdown.
