School holiday happiness for children surviving cancer
February 5, 2010
There was plenty of fun to be had for MMF children during the recent school holidays, thanks to the MMF Survivorship Services. The MMFSS school holiday wellness programs include plenty of therapeutic and enjoyment based activities, specifically chosen for the benefits they provide in improving the quality of life for children living with cancer. Among the activities that were most popular with the kids were the healthy cooking classes, the art therapy sessions, the horse riding lessons, the come-and-try golf workshop and the dance party at The Fairies studio. The MMF Survivorship Services are always on the lookout for new and exciting options to include in their school holiday programs so if you are a business that may be able to offer support please email danielle@mcfoundation.com.au and help the MMFSS enhance the quality of life for children surviving cancer.
